During the IPO launch, a gang infiltrates the party, ready to kill Pratap once Kaala hands over the bullets to them. However, Kaala backs out at the last minute, believing no artist should be killed on stage like his father. Meanwhile, Gurpal realizes Pratap is not responsible for Kaala's father's murder, but fails to reach him on time, as Jagga ambushes Pratap's car and shoots him.
